Shipping policy

【Made to Order & Production】

All products are made to order. After your order is confirmed, each piece is crafted individually. Please allow 3–5 weeks (business days, excluding weekends and holidays) for production before shipment.

【Estimated Delivery】

・Domestic (Japan): Approximately 1–3 days after shipment
・International (EMS): Approximately 5–8 business days after shipment ※Including production time, estimated total delivery is approximately 1 month for domestic orders and 1–1.5 months for international orders.

【Please Note】

During year-end/New Year holidays, Obon, and other extended holiday periods, production and shipping may take longer than usual. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you individually.
