When requested by a customer to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, we will verify the identity of the requester and disclose the information without delay (or notify the customer if such information does not exist). However, this does not apply when we are not obligated to disclose under applicable laws.
9.Correction of Personal Information
When a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, we will verify the requester's identity, conduct a necessary investigation within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use, and correct the information accordingly, notifying the customer of the result. However, this does not apply when we are not obligated to make corrections under applicable laws.
10.Suspension of Use of Personal Information
When a customer requests suspension or deletion of use of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the publicly announced purpose or was obtained through improper means, and such grounds are found to be valid, we will verify the requester's identity and suspend use without delay, notifying the customer accordingly. However, this does not apply when we are not obligated to suspend use under applicable laws.
