【Returns & Exchanges】

All products are made to order. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than product defects. Due to the nature of viewing on computers and mobile devices, product images may differ slightly from the actual color. If you would like to confirm details such as color or size, please contact us before purchasing.

【Sizing】

For items with specific sizing (rings, chokers, etc.), size charts are provided on each product page. As all items are made to order, exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not accepted. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

【Defective Products】

If you receive a defective item, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accommodated. The delivery date is defined as the date of receipt.

【Returns Not Accepted】

・Items damaged or soiled due to customer handling
・Items that have been worn or used (indoor try-on excluded)
・Items whose condition or packaging differs significantly from the state at delivery
・Requests for exchange due to sizing

【Return Shipping Costs】
Return shipping and any related fees are borne by the customer. In the case of defective products, we will cover the costs.
